STATE AND LOCAL AGENCIES INCLUDING COUNTIES, CITIES, TOWNS, VILLAGES, SCHOOL DISTRICTS AND FIRE DISTRICTS
1401.5 Responses to requests for records, SUNY Sullivan requires that a request for information and records
required by the Freedom of Information Law must be made in writing to the appropriate Records Access Officer, 112 College Road, Loch Sheldrake, NY 12759.

For personnel records: Sharon Sand, Director of Human Resources
For student records: Vincent Boyd, Dean of Enrollment Management and Student Development Services
