ACADEMIC AND FINANCIAL AID APPEAL

The next meeting of the Academic and Financial Aid Appeals Committee is Monday, June 11, 2012. All appeal forms must be received by Wed., June 6, 2012 to be considered at this meeting.

Print the form entitled Academic and Financial Aid Appeal. Follow the instructions on the form. Documentation must be submitted to support your claims. Please mail your completed appeal form, typewritten letter of appeal, and copies of your documentation to the address at the bottom of the form. You will be notified in writing of the Committee’s decision.
