Lazarus I. Levine Residence Hall
The Lazarus I. Levine Residence Hall is owned and operated by the Sullivan County Community College Dormitory Corporation. The EcoGreen Townhouses are owned and operated by The Ruby Group. Both residences are managed by Syracuse-based Longley Jones Management Corporation.
