Residential living for SUNY Sullivan students

While some SUNY Sullivan students choose to reside at home and commute to campus, others would prefer to live away from home in either collegiate-style residences or in off-campus locations.

Students interested in the residential college life experience while at SUNY Sullivan are encouraged to explore the options available to them:

Lazarus I. Levine Residence Hall

EcoGreen Townhouses

The Lazarus I. Levine Residence Hall is owned and operated by the Sullivan County Community College Dormitory Corporation. The EcoGreen Townhouses are owned and operated by The Ruby Group.

Student Housing Eligibility Criteria:
  • Must maintain full-time student status
  • Maintain a 2.0 GPA after the student's first semester
  • Fulfilled all prior financial obligations to the college

The Residence Hall Handbook contains useful information for those living in the facilities operated by the Sullivan County Community College Dormitory Corporation. If you have questions about what to bring (or what NOT to bring), please refer to this resource. A copy of the Residence Hall Handbook is available here
