EcoGreen Community Townhouse Residences
The new EcoGreen townhouse residences for SUNY Sullivan students now take student resident living to the next level. Located immediately adjacent to the campus, these three connected townhouses feature independent-style living with all the amenities you’ve come to expect:
- Spacious rooms with private closets
- Full size eat-in kitchens
- Living rooms
- Washer and dryer in each unit
- Cable TV
- High-speed Internet access
Occupancy: Two students per room; maximum of 16 students per each of the three eight-bedroom units. (Each pair of rooms shares a bathroom.)
Costs: $3,161 per semester, plus a $50 per semester for cable access, Internet and utilities. Meal plan not included. Optional commuter plans available.
Resident Dining Program: $1,421 per semester ($2,842 per year)
Eligibility: To reside in the new townhouses, students must have:
- Completed 24 credits at SUNY Sullivan or another college/university
- A 2.0 GPA
- An unblemished disciplinary record
- Fulfilled all prior financial obligations to the college
