
This full-time, tenure-track position in the Health, Social and Behavioral Sciences Division begins late August 2013. The successful candidate will be able to assume responsibilities that include classroom and clinical teaching in all areas of Nursing. Faculty members are expected to participate in curriculum development and review and serve on college-wide committees. Summer teaching, overload and advising are separately compensated. Review of resumes is scheduled to begin May 20, 2013, in anticipation of a Fall 2013 semester appointment.
Master's degree in Nursing (required) with clinical experience and a current New York State license as a Registered Nurse. Previous experience in curriculum development, clinical and classroom teaching is preferred. Preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate a commitment to the community college philosophy and are willing to work in a collegial setting.

Anatomy & Physiology, Microbiology, Nutrition and General Biology Adjunct Faculty
Adjunct Faculty needed to teach lecture and laboratory sections of Human Anatomy and Physiology, General Biology, Nutrition and Microbiology courses designed primarily for nursing and science majors, as well as students in other majors.

The Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Associate Degree Nursing Program, including signature responsibilities for any activities related to it, program assessment by the College, the NLNAC, and the State Board of Nursing, advising students, serving on committees and teaching nursing courses.

Reporting to the Coordinator of the Culinary Arts Program, the PT Steward is responsible for purchasing, stocking and distributing all food products and supplies required by the culinary classes and labs. This position requires some early morning, evening and weekend hours. This position supervises PT student assistants assigned to the culinary program.
