SUNY Sullivan is seeking full-time Farm-to-Table Chef/Culinary Arts Instructor for a tenure-track appointment beginning fall 2015. Applicants should have knowledge of the whole food lifecycle from farm to table, sustainable food production systems, value-added food production, safe and sanitary commercial kitchen procedures, and experience in both Culinary and Pastry Arts.
The ideal candidate will be a culinary expert committed to both the art of cooking and innovative teaching grounded in sustainable food practices. Her/his insights on integrating locally grown and produced food into private, institutional, and professional menus so as to offer creative, nutritious and healthful eating options will inspire students and the community to make thoughtful connections between farm production, food processing, artisanal products and cuisine.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality instruction in all levels of courses within the Professional Chef AAS, Culinary Arts AOS and Pastry Arts AOS programs, and will also be responsible for teaching many of the culinary components of a proposed new Nourishment Arts AOS program.

Adjunct nursing faculty assist full-time faculty in providing clinical and laboratory instruction under the general direction of the lead instructor to which he or she is assigned. All nursing faculty are expected to encourage students to think critically and analyze information as well as model professional ethical behavior which inspires achievement and leadership.
The successful candidate will:
Assist in the development, implementation and evaluation of the Nursing Program.
Ensure the incorporation of theory into student clinical experiences.
Work with peers to identify and select clinical experiences for students on a weekly basis.
Assist in evaluating, recording and reporting student progress.
Master's degree in nursing (strongly preferred) or a Bachelor's degree in nursing and matriculated in a graduate nursing program.
New York State Licensure or eligibility.
Experience working as a Professional Nurse.
Experience in Associate Degree Nursing education preferred.

SUNY Sullivan is seeking candidates to fill an adjunct position, teaching ASL, in the Division of Liberal Arts and Humanities. Applicants should show an ability guide students through the language and culture of persons in the Deaf Community, by teaching a basic competence in the structural elements of American Sign Language, including non-verbal communication techniques, grammar principles, basic vocabulary, and conversational skills. Instructors will show students the role of American Sign Language within the context of the culture of the Deaf community.

SUNY Sullivan is seeking candidates to fill this adjunct teaching position, in the Division of Liberal Arts and Humanities. Applicants should clearly show the necessary qualifications for teaching 3D modeling, along with 2D and 3D animation. Position (1) - Control devices, signals, logic, and applications for various systems, such as electrical, lighting, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, security, access control, voice-data-video, and elevator systems;
Position (2) - Reading commercial building plans and specifications, computing electrical loads, branch circuits and components, and electronic service equipment. Electrical considerations specific to renewable energy systems;
Position (3) - Ecological design, energy efficiency, passive and renewable energy, water conservation and treatment, sustainable site selection, green building materials, indoor and outdoor environmental quality, and building assessment tools.
Master's degree in Sustainability, Green Technology or Renewable Energy or career/professional equivalent.
