African-American Documents. A collection of full-text documents, much of it primary source material, on African American history. Presented by the University of Virginia's Scholars' Lab (formerly the Etext Center).

Civil Rights in Mississippi Digital Archive. Full text of documents on the civil rights movement.

Library Resources on Black History. A selected bibliography of books on African- American studies in the Hermann Memorial Library prepared for the celebration of Black History Month each February.

Internet Resources for Latin America. New Mexico State University Library's annotated list of Latin-American resources.

 

Native-American Studies

Index of Native-American Resources on the Internet. A comprehensive index of resources with links to tribe sites and activist sites for Native-American students, educators, and scholars.

Native-American Sites and the American Indian Library Association. An award-winning site maintained by Lisa Mitten that provides "access to home pages of Native American nations and organizations and to other sites that provide solid information about American Indians."
