
LOCH SHELDRAKE, NY (January 6, 2010) – Learn how to create, execute and evaluate a social media business marketing plan at the “Web 2.0 Marketing Strategy Development & Implementation” workshop series starting January 26 at Sullivan County Community College (SCCC).
This six-session non-credit program will run January 26, February 9 and 23, March 9 and 23 and April 6 from 8 – 10 a.m. Participants will be guided through the Web 2.0 planning process, learning how to utilize and measure social networking sites, blogs, wikis and other online media tools to better their business performance. The program will be taught by Cynthia Marcello, assistant professor in the college’s Division of Business and Information Technology.
The cost for all six sessions is $50 for Sullivan County Chamber of Commerce and Sullivan County Partnership for Economic Development members and $100 for non-members. This program is part of the “Make Your Business Competitive” Breakfast Series sponsored by SCCC in conjunction with the Sullivan County Chamber of Commerce and the Sullivan County Partnership for Economic Development. Chamber and Partnership members receive reduced fees as a result of a State University of New York (SUNY) Workforce Development grant.
