SUNY Sullivan a Sustainable Clean Energy Resource Center

Loch Sheldrake (April 28, 2011) – Even though Kermit the Frog went on record as saying that “it isn’t easy being green,” SUNY Sullivan continues to make it easier to be green by providing both credit and non-credit green energy and sustainability courses. In addition, the college’s Clean Energy Technology Training Resource Center is a valuable depository of cutting edge information for the general public.

Located in the Hermann Memorial Library at SUNY Sullivan, the resource center is a support center for training and career information in green economy. The resource center offers users access to books, periodicals and informative brochures on ongoing green and clean energy programs and projects in the region.

The Clean Energy Resource Center is open to the public: Mon – Thurs. from 8:30 am to 9:00 pm; Fri. from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm; and on Sat and Sun from noon to 4:00 pm.
