SUNY Sullivan Presents Oliver King's Production of

"A Raisin in the Sun"

 

Loch Sheldrake (Sept 19, 2011) – It's been over 50 years since Lorraine Hansberry's ground-breaking "A Raisin in the Sun" made the Broadway community take note and the story told then still resonates today in Oliver King's production of the play at SUNY Sullivan's Seelig Theater on October 13 and 14 (Thurs. and Fri.) at 7:00 p.m.

The production features a fabulous cast of local talented actors: John Neails, DeLois "Cookie" House, Ebony Isaac, Crystal Tweed, Frank DeGroat, Bruno D. Roberts, Francis Henderson, Paul Puerschner, and Cynthia Toliver.

The renown director, Oliver King, is supported by stage manager, Victoria V. Leighton and technical director, Jim Schmidt.
