
Loch Sheldrake, NY (April 3, 2012) - The future in any field of endeavor can be found in the work being done on the college level. Students in SUNY Sullivan’s Psychology Club students will play host to the Sixth Annual Psychology Research Conference, Saturday, April 21 beginning with registraion from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. There is a $10 registration fee.
Both undergraduate and graduate students from five area colleges will be attending and presenting research work that they have done in the field of psychology. The students will be presenting both independent as well as group research.
The Keynote Speaker is Dr. Renee Bator from SUNY Plattsburgh. She will be speaking about her research which applies persuasion theory to promote pro-environmental behavior change.
Area residents interested in seeing first-hand the research findings of tomorrow’s psychologists are invited to attend the conference.
